Original text: Wt (vanhemmat) Perttulan metsävahti Kustaa Wienonen ja v. (vaimo) Johanna. Kt (kummit) tp (torppari) Juho Lintula ja v. Wilhelmina.
Translated: Parents Perttula forest warden Kustaa Vienonen and wife Johanna. Godparents crofter Juho Lintula and wife Wilhelmina.
Reference to communion book page 76 seems to be to the next volume which is not online yet. But I found the parents and older siblings in CB 1892-1901 page 80 (http://www.sukuhistoria.fi/sshy/sivut_sve/jasenille/paikat.php?bid=14963&pnum=74).
[Kaisa Hanna = Johanna Katarina]

Kustaa and Gustav/Gustaf were used as parallel translations (Finnish and Swedish respectively) in official records. All names were written down in Swedish in the past, because Swedish was the official language and the priests spoke Swedish, mostly. Then with the idea of the Finnish nation, people started including stuff in Finnish into the books, some even translated Swedish names into Finnish. In Finnish genealogy it is often quite contentious which translation you end up using.
