Men in Washington

The photo is taken between 1913 and 1921 somewhere in the state of Washington. My fathers uncles are in the picture who all at that time worked in the woods.
Who are all these men and where is it taken?
Does anybody have a clue? and the picture behind...?

The picture behind the men must be portraying the three wise men visting newborn Jesus in the stable.

But is it on a wall or a high fence or what?

In the forground there is a piece of lumber or something like it. Could it be that the men have built the wall with the picture. A big poster?

I have another photo which is very alike with the same relatives, but a big wall in behind with "FATIMA" in big letters and a womans face. Here there are 30 men instead of 14.

Hi AM,
The surface of the picture behind the men looks like a canvas which has been unrolled and hung up. Could it be some sort of backdrop from a Lodge theater? Or a billboard?
