Consumer Reports said "Good luck if you plan on calling the manufacturer of a new computer program." A new survey shows that software tech support got one of the lowest customer satisfaction scores ever seen: Computer users say that 30% of the time, tech support offers no help toward fixing what's wrong. This means all sorts of software, not just genealogy-related programs.

That's another reason to stay with PAF5 and best of all its free! Plenty of people knows how to use it, so help is allways available.
