Elof Sänkas has placed material about the San Francisco family of Sänkas-Kamb-Levin on his personal website:

along with quite a lot more of interest to those who read Swedish. The site owner had contacted me some time ago for help in finding the descendents.
I've gone through the standard Internet sources, but the "children", now adults, were born too late to use census records, so I've used white pages directories. Can’t seem to come up with anything definite on either the son or the daughter.
She's somewhere near Nashville, and has written several melodies which are registered in a national songwriter's association.

I hope someone among our membership might remember one of the Närpes-born sisters, and the Order of Runeberg scholarship winner Bernella Saranna Kamb.

I submitted an article about the Kamb family to Leading Star in June 2005. It's about the family of Karl Oscar and Alma Nixholm Kamb who settled in Mount Vernon, WA. Their life story is relatd in "Från timmerkoja till samhällets högsta tinnar." It mentions the names of the children of Helena Gabrielsdotter Kamb married to Johan Erik Mickelsson Kamb "Sänkas". The original article appeared in Norden in March 2005.
