I have a query from Putte Bäck in Finland, asking for help in locating some people. I'm not able to help him, but hopefully someone on Finlander will find something. His query is:

I am looking for a couple that got married in USA 1913, I don't know where?

The woman Edith Sofia Johansdotter Backlund was born 7 MAR 1886 in Högväg, Ytterjeppo, Nykarleby and was declared dead 1 JAN 1978 in Finland.

She married in 1913 in USA, Carl Johan David Öberg who was swedish citizen.

Her halfbrother August Emanuel Emanuelsson Finström born 11 DEC 1874 was
also in USA 1907 to 1910 but I don't know where.

Any information you might find is valuable!

Thanks for the Finstrom data.

As for the "pictures" you mentioned - there is nothing except blue letters that read: Thumbnail attachments. However nothing happens when I try to click on them. So evidently I won't be able to open attachments on this forum.

Hi June,
I emailed Hasse, and waiting to hear from him. I was able to access attachments I posted this morning from home while I was at work on a different computer, so there must be a problem with the website. Now I'm home from work, and all the attachments I've posted regarding Backlund/Oberg are gone, and so are all the ones I posted to the Roslund query. I don't think it's me! :confused:
