Talko Results Below are from a search for the 1/2 sister of my Great-grandmother. My great-grandmother's name is Emma Johanna (Paasiala) Ahlskog.

Hulda (below) was born to the first marriage of my great-great-grandmother.

Can anyone decipher the multiple marriages? I can assume death of the husband, but then I wonder if there were children from these marriages.

Perhaps there is a more detailed reference to her? Anybody up for solving a mystery?

All these records in the database deal with two different marriages. One 1881 and the second soon after. Seems like The registered names differ a little, but you can see that the main given names and the patronymicons fit for the two husbands.

Seems like Carl dies quite young and the widow marries an older guy.

Hasse, Thank you. I didn't even look to see that it was only two men. I don't know what was running through my mind.

I'm still curious about her children, because they would be the same mitochondrial DNA as my great-grandmother, and thus me.
