Here's a recipe from Martha Cederberg, Runeberg member:

1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbs. cardamom
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2 large eggs
3 tbs. unsalted butter
Lingonberry jam

Whisk together flour, salt, cardamom, sugar, milk, 1/4 c. water and the eggs in a large bowl. Let stand, covered, for 20 minutes. Heat a 12-inch cast-iron skillet in 425 oven for 10 minutes. Melt butter in skillet. Pour batter into skillet and bake at 425 about 25 minutes, until puffed. Cut into wedges; serve with jam.
