Tunna
- 1 tunna = 2 spann = 8 fjärding = 32 kappar = 56 [kanna|[kannor]] = 146,6 liter "struket" measurement or 164,9 liter fixed size (by far).
- Having "struket" measurement refers to the excess removed. It was a measure without packing or vibration. It also called "löst mått", ie. without packing.
- fast mått or med råge meant that for you added some extra to the "struket" mått. How much was it has varied over time, usually approximately 16%. In the 1700s one added 2 "strukna kappar" to every "struken tunna" as extras.

Spann (Halvtunna)
1 spann = 2 halvspann = 4 fjärding = 16 kappar = 28 kannor = 73,28 liter.
Fjärding
1 fjärding = 4 kappar = 7 kannor = 18,32 liter.
Kappe
- 1 kappa = 1,75 kannor = 4,58 liter.
- An old Swedish measure for dry goods. In 1515 1 spann = 20 kappar.
- According to the 1665 regulatory framework 1 kappe = 1 / 32 tunna (for dry goods) = 1/16 spann = 7/4 kanna = 4,58 liter. After introducing the metric system in Sweden has kappe been used for 5 liter.
Kanna
1 kanna = 2,617 liter.
Skäppa
Skäppa is a very old measure (known since the 1200s), which was prohibited 1735. The size of the skäppa varied in different parts of the country. In Småland a skäppa was 1/6 tunna while in Bohuslän 1/4 tunna (36.6 liters) and in Västergötland 1/5 tunna.
