Gamlakarleby, 17 November 1721, Henricus Engmarck, chaplain

Mikko Himanka submitted this to Karebynejden No., 38, 2006. He noted that the Russians probably burned the little wooden Finnish church that stood near the Karleby church. He thinks a memorial should be raised for the 81 prisoners. To learn the fate of the prisoners, he suggests reading the Finnish book "Viha", by docent Kustaa H. J. Vilkuna (ISBN 951-746-784-2)
