Veteli (Swedish: Vetil) is a municipality of Finland.

It is located in the province of Western Finland and is part of the Central Ostrobothnia region. The municipality has a population of 3,491 (30 June 2009)[2] and covers an area of 520.9 square kilometres (201.1 sq mi) of which 18.67 km2 (7.21 sq mi) is water.[1] The population density is 6.95 inhabitants per square kilometre (18.0 /sq mi).

The municipality is unilingually Finnish.
