I have found alot of additional info on the family of Juho, but I don't have access to Suku Forum. If someone is willing to pass along the info, I will post here.

Since I haven't been able to contact the poster directly, I'm going to post here in hopes the poster will check back.
I found Juho's family in 1910-20-30 and some of his children after that. The William who emigrated with Tilda did not use Waino. They did have a Waino Emil born MI 1903 and a Toivo born and died in 1905 MI.

1910, Emil and Agatha Raak were in Franklin township, Houghton, MI with children Annie 5, Peter 2 and Vaino J 5/12.

In Sep 1931, she arrived back in US after a visit to sister Mrs. Hilda Hastaja in Savonrata, Finland. Going home to Detroit, MI. Says in US from 1922-1931 prior to return. Olga Amanda Raak on 9-30-1941 filed petition for naturalization 155590 MI. DOB matches. Ancestry.com
